You may be eligible to receive an upfront payment of up to $20,000 to switch from oil heating to new, energy-efficient heat pumps if:
- you are a Manitoba homeowner
- you heat your home with oil
- your household income is at or below the median household after-tax income
- you meet all other eligibility criteria
