Oil to Heat Pump Affordability Program

Is your home heated by oil?

You may be eligible to receive an upfront payment of up to $20,000 to switch from oil heating to new, energy-efficient heat pumps if:

  • you are a Manitoba homeowner
  • you heat your home with oil
  • your household income is at or below the median household after-tax income
  • you meet all other eligibility criteria
